Terrible tragedy: he falls into a river and is eaten alive in front of his wife. Dave Hogbin, a forty-year-old doctor from Newcastle, was on an  incredible trip  with his wife, Jane Carey, their three young children (ages seven, five, and two), and her family. Everything was going well until he fell  into a river and was devoured  by a 4.9-meter crocodile. Hogbin lost his life in Cooktown, Australia, on the bank of the Annan River Bridge in Queensland.
The terrible tragedy occurred on the banks of the Annan River Bridge in Queensland, Australia. Wildlife officials, after days of searching, found  the remains of a man , a doctor from Newcastle, inside a crocodile. Police immediately began the identification process, but there seems to be no doubt: the human remains found belong to Dave Hogbin, who had already spent time in the same area last year. Hogbin had a boundless passion for camping and was fully aware of the danger posed by crocodiles in the area. (Continue reading after the photos)
